General Information
Hole Farm is a small, quiet and secluded working farm site set in the rolling Kent countryside, ideal for adults seeking peaceful stays, scenic views, and access to local places of interest. It is an adults-only (16+) site that is open to all — there is no membership requirement to stay.
The site is currently closed until 1st May 2026 for site maintenance. Please contact us directly for the latest availability.
Any and all sizes. The site has easy access and spacious pitches, so we can accommodate motorhomes, caravans and outfits of any length. If you'd like to double-check suitability for a particularly large outfit, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Yes. Hole Farm is an adults-only site, welcoming guests aged 16 and over. Everyone in that age group is welcome — there's no membership or other requirement to stay.
Booking
No. We welcome all guests at Hole Farm — there's no membership requirement and no restrictions on who can stay. Everyone is welcome to book.
Booking is done by contacting the site owner directly. You can use our online enquiry form or call us directly. The owners are described by guests as very friendly and the process as simple and straightforward.
Prices start from £20.00 per night (pitch and all occupants). There are no extra charges for anything - electricity is included in the pitch fee. Please contact us directly for full pricing details.
The Site & Pitches
The site offers both grass and hardstanding pitches. There are 2 hardstanding pitches with clearly marked access. The site accommodates up to 5 outfits in total, as standard for a location.
Pitches are essentially flat with only a very slight incline - just off level - making access and setup straightforward.
Yes. Electric hook-up (EHU) is available at 16 amps. Electricity is included in the pitch price - there are no extra charges.
Yes. The site has very easy access and is situated just off a very quiet country lane. The postcode for sat-nav is TN26 2BJ.

Dogs & Pets
Yes! Dogs are very welcome. There is a dog walk directly from the site, with additional walks available in nearby woods and along the Royal Military Canal.
Getting Here
The site is a 20-minute walk from the village of Appledore, which has a friendly pub, a well-stocked shop, a hairdresser, and an antique shop.
Yes. Appledore station is a 5-minute drive away. It runs an hourly service to Ashford, Rye, and Hastings.
Dover is approximately 20 miles away - useful for day trips to France. Ashford also has Channel Tunnel connections.

Wildlife
Hole Farm is a working farm with a rich natural environment. Guests regularly spot buzzards and barn owls, hear cuckoos in spring, and sometimes a nightingale. The surrounding countryside and Romney Marsh are teeming with wildlife.
